Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clear terms for HereLink.Me paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes.

1. Product Type

HereLink.Me sells digital access to SaaS subscription features, including hosted bio link pages, link management, analytics, QR codes, custom themes, custom domains where included, API access where included, and support features shown on the pricing page. We do not sell physical goods, so there is no shipping, delivery, or return process for physical products.

Customers receive access to the selected digital plan through their HereLink.Me account after signup, trial activation, or successful payment.

2. Subscription Renewal

  • Monthly plans renew every month at the listed monthly price unless canceled before renewal.
  • Yearly plans renew every year at the listed yearly price unless canceled before renewal.
  • Eligible new paid subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. The checkout page shows the selected plan price charged after the trial ends unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Annual savings promotions apply only to the yearly plan selected before checkout and do not change the renewal terms shown for that plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a paid subscription from your account subscription settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancellation does not immediately remove paid access already purchased. You can continue using the paid plan until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of the first paid subscription charge are eligible for review if the service was not materially used or if there was a billing or technical issue we could not resolve.
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the renewal period begins, but we will review accidental renewals if you contact us within 7 days of the charge and have not materially used the renewed period.
  • We do not provide refunds for violations of our Terms of Service, fraud, abuse, or account termination caused by prohibited activity.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card network processing times may apply.

5. Billing Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at [email protected]. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a short description of the issue.

We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 5 business days.
