2. Description of Service

HereLink provides a platform for users to create and manage their personal link pages. Our service allows users to:

• Create personalized link pages
• Share multiple links in one location
• Track link analytics
• Customize page appearance

3. Plans, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans, feature limits, billing intervals, and prices are listed on the HereLink.Me pricing page before checkout. Paid subscriptions are billed in U.S. dollars through Stripe.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month at the listed monthly price unless canceled before renewal.
• Yearly subscriptions renew automatically each year at the listed yearly price unless canceled before renewal.
• Eligible new paid subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. The post-trial price is the selected plan price shown before checkout. Your subscription converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Taxes, if any, may be calculated and collected by Stripe during checkout based on your billing details and applicable law.
• Annual savings promotions apply only to the yearly plan selected before checkout and do not change the renewal terms shown for that plan.

4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Disputes

You can cancel a paid subscription from your subscription settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] first so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Legal and Export Restrictions

Users are responsible for complying with all laws, sanctions, export controls, payment network rules, and Stripe requirements that apply to their use of HereLink.Me and to any links, goods, services, campaigns, or content they promote.

HereLink.Me may not be used for illegal, deceptive, infringing, sanctioned, export-controlled, or Stripe prohibited/restricted business activity.
